Today, we are joined by Jason Browne, who has followed an amazing journey. From cutting grass as a teenager, he got his first taste of entrepreneurship. After attending Penn State University for mechanical engineering, Jason went straight into a full-time job with the university and received his MBA at the same time. Eventually he no longer felt fulfilled in his full-time job and knew he wanted something different.

Jason had the philosophy of trying to test and validate different business ideas. This allowed him to figure out not only what he could make money but what he loved doing. Fast forward to today and Jason is a successful public speaker, award-winning radio host, Facebook Gaming partner, consultant & Rotarian.

Check out the conversation as we dive into the following:

  • How he wished he knew about entrepreneurship as a teenager
  • Why outsourcing is hard and how you need to spend time and money training
  • Why he doesn’t believe in planning 3-5 years ahead
  • Why he does a personal SWOT analysis every 3-6 months

Listen to James share his story and get inspired with his amazing advice to people thinking about following a similar path. Check out the full conversation on YouTube or Spotify by clicking the links below.
